Shapir will construct 4-6 room apartments in six buildings with an average price of NIS 2.6 million.
Shapir Civil and Marine Engineering Ltd. unit Shapir Housing and Building Ltd. has signed a combination deal with private land owners to build 92 apartments in Neve Zamar in northwest Ra'anana. The owners who have held the agricultural land for decades will receive cash and some of the apartments.
Shapir will construct the 92 apartments, each with 4-6 rooms in six buildings. The entire neighborhood is planned for 3,500 homes most of the houses and gardens. Shapir expects the average price per apartment in its project to be NIS 2.6 million.
