Tel Aviv Ibn Gvirol project to cost over NIS 1m per room

Apartments will range from 52-sq.m two-room apartments for NIS 2.3 million, to 180-sq.m. six-room apartments costing NIS 8 million.

BIT Ltd., owned by Uri Heller, will build a project with 103 apartments on the site of an old Bezeq Israeli Telecommunication Co. Ltd. (TASE: BEZQ) switchboard building on Ibn Gvirol Street in north Tel Aviv. BIT bought the land for NIS 80 million.

The building will have nine floors above a commercial ground floor facing Ibn Gvirol Street, in line with the thoroughfare's urban fabric. Heller says that the building's apartments will range from 52-square meter two-room apartments with a starting price of NIS 2.3 million, to 180-square meter six-room apartments costing NIS 8 million. The building will have three wings, with an interior courtyard in the European style, and underground parking.
