Harel Wizel denies accusations of sexual misconduct reported by Channel 10, but apologizes if his behavior has hurt anybody.

Fox-Wizel Ltd. (TASE: FOX) CEO and controlling shareholder Harel Wizel has been accused of sexual harassment and making indecent proposals according to an investigation by Israel's Channel 10. Wizel allegedly sexually harassed and made indecent proposals to both employees and business acquaintances.

In its investigation, Channel 10 cited testimony from two women who claimed to have been sexually harassed by Wizel and who had been shown to be telling the truth by a polygraph test. One of the women is an employee and the other a business associate.

The Channel 10 program claimed that a sexist atmosphere prevailed among Wizel and Fox's senior management who would frequently comment on the appearance of women at the company.

Wizel told Channel 10, "Throughout my professional and social life I've met tens of thousands of women. I regret if my words or behavior harmed anybody that I have met and I express my regret and profound apologies.'

Fox said, 'The Group works according to the instructions of the law and operates mechanisms within the company to clarify and deal with these matters. The Group has never received a complaint concerning sexual harassment by the Group's senior executives including the CEO."

Fox added that it would conduct a thorough investigation of this matter.
