Adv. Feinberg, Readymix Buy Shaar Ha’ir Tower Offices From Ocif and Aviv

These are the first reported purchases in the 46 storey tower, at prices of about $2,900 per sq.m.

Ocif, and developer Moshe Aviv, have sold to Adv. Nahum Feinberg, and his partner Ami Shachar, 75% of the 33rd storey of the Ramat-Gan ‘Shaar Ha’ir’ tower. Feinberg and Shachar bought 1,080 sq.m at some $2,900 per sq.m. They were given an option to purchase the remaining 360 sq.m of the floor. The contract between the parties states that if and when the developers receives planning permission to build 46 floors, they will get the 45th floor instead of the 33rd.

Feinberg’s office is Israel’s leading labout law specialist, and has been looking for new offices for more than a year. In addition to the offices they also bought parking space for $20,000, and evidently will buy more parking space. The estimated time for handing over the offices is in three and half years time. At present Feinberg rents 400 sq.m of office space in Hadar Dafna House at 39 King Saul Avenue, Tel-Aviv, paying a monthly rent of $18 per sq.m.

In another large deal, Ocif and Aviv sold at a similar price, 720sq.m on a top floor to concrete manufacturer, Readymix. The company obtained an option to buy the remaining half of the floor.

Today is the first time "Globes" has announced purchases in the 46 storey tower, which will be Israel’s tallest building. All the deals were transacted at a price of between $2,850 to $2,900 per sq.m.
