Africa-Israel Investments last week purchased a 230 dunam site
near Nes Ziona, from Netzer Sereni kibbutz, at 11% of project sales.
The site is designated for the construction of 756 apartments and
35,000 square meters of offices and commercial space. Africa will pay
capitalization fees to the Israel Lands Administration, the betterment
levy to the local authority, and project development costs.
