Anglo Saxon Tel Aviv Group purchased from Mario Laznik nine
apartments in Hadera's Kfar Hayam project. The group purchased 68 square
meter, three room apartments, for $175,000-$185,000 per an apartment,
value added tax included. The deal is valued at $1.8 million, and is one
of the largest performed by Laznik since the beginning of sales in the
project, 15 months ago.
Laznik until now sold 305 of the projects 522 apartments, for an
estimated $45 million. Prices increased by some 30% since the beginning
