Bank Hapoalim leased a 1,160 square meter building on Rothschild
avenue in Tel Aviv, from Clal Insurance. The bank will pay $15 per
square meter, a month, in a three year contract. The building served in
the past as the headquarters of Clal Insurance central management. Bank
Hapoalim is investing significant sums of money in renovation of the
building, and intends to move part of its credit department to the
building.
The deal with Bank Hapoalim completes the leasing out of all Clal
Insurance buildings on Rothschild, Yavne and Shadal streets, totalling
3,400 square meters. O.R.S leased Clal Insurance building on Shadal
street, and Bank Leumi's Ofek company leased the building on Yavne
street.
