Bezeq Bit, the end user communications equipment provider for Bezeq, introduces two new answering machines.
Bezek Bit, the end user communications equipment division of Bezeq, is trying to compete with the voice mail services provided by its parent company, and has recently introduced two digital answering machines.
The machines feature four voice mailboxes per unit, secure message retrieval, backup and message display. The machines also display the time and date at which messages were left.
One model, Bit 2160, offers a full hour of recording time. The second model, Bit 2114, offers 14 minutes. In its advertisements, Bezeq Bit points out that answering machines are more reliable than voice mail, and that there is no dependence on a service supplier, meaning Bezeq.
As for Bezeq, the company says the answering machines are on sale at all Bezeq points of sale.
