The software manufacturer Bool & Babbage signed a marketing agreement with Minecontrol of the Argotec group in Formula. It is a non-exclusive marketing agreement under which the company will market Minecontrol’s products globally. The agreement does not include the US, Germany, Austria, Switzerland Israel or South Africa, where Minecontrol products are marketed by separate concerns.

Contact between Minecontrol and Boole & Babbage was made by Formula Computer Technologies, of the Formula Systems group, which markets the American company’s products in Israel.
