Clal Insurance intends to enlarge its Sderot Rothschild business
tower, in Tel Aviv, from 10,000 to 15,000 square meters, thus turning it
into the largest office project in this part of the city. Tower sale
price is estimated at 60 million dollars.
The company hopes to convince the town building committee to approve
building at 500% on the 3 dunam site. Clal Insurance Properties, Clal
Insurance's real estate company, will be in charge of construction.
