Sun Dor profits last year totaled $3.5 million, constituting 25%
of El Al profits.
Profits of Sun Dor charter airline, an El Al subsidiary, amounted to
$3.5 million in 1995, a 10% increase compared to 1994. Company balance
sheets are expected to be published next week.
Sun Dor profits last year constituted some 25% of El Al profits,
totalling an estimated $14 million. Sun Dor profits are transferred to
the parent company, and are classified as a contribution to El Al
profits.
Low company expenses and new flight destinations added last year, sent
Sun Dor profits higher. Sun Dor flight routes to cities in the
Commonwealth of Independent States, such as Odessa and Kiev, are
especially profitable.
