Emily Forman, daughter of the late Shoul Eisenberg, today submitted a request to join her mother Leah Eisenberg in demanding that an temporary executor be named to the Eisenberg estate.
Eisenberg’s will, presented to the family by son Erwin Eisenberg, stipulates that Erwin will serve as one of the four estate executors. The other three, according to the will, are Adv. Ram Caspi, together with Eisenberg’s Swiss lawyer and his London office manager.
Leah Eisenberg is disputing the allocation of properties, as determined by the will, according to which she receives $2 million while her son received 80% of Shoul Eisenberg’s estate. In addition, Leah Eisenberg has requested that another executor be named, in place of her son, who would look out for the family’s interests.
