Germany’s Bayer concern has started considering possibilities for expanding its operations in Israel. The chairman of the concern and senior managers today (Wednesday) arrived in Israel for an initial visit.
Bayer is Germany’s biggest international chemical and
pharmaceutical company, and one of the biggest in the world. During the visit, the heads of the concern will meet with private and government sector elements, to examine the conditions of activity in Israel. The Bayer concern is represented in Israel by Agis, in the pharmaceuticals sector and by Lidor Chemicals, in other fields of operation.
