Tel Aviv District Court granted Club Hotels request to limit the interim
injunction issued against the company, thus enabling group company
directorates to convene.
Yosef Hazani, one of the founders of Club Hotels Group, and mandatee
of his wife who is also a partner in Club Hotels Group, claims in an
affidavit submitted to the Tel Aviv District Court, that Nisan
Hakhshuri, Moshe Buvlil and Nisim Yaniv, who are in control of the
company, took advantage of their positions and drew millions of dollars
in group funds for their own personal use, thus damaging the company's
financial status.
The recent development in the internal dispute between Club Hotels Group
controlling persons, was uncovered last week in Eli Turjeman's law suit,
which presented claims similar to those of Hazani group. The dispute
followed the division of Lutraki casino profits, in which Club Hotels
International is a partner with Miloumor, the public corporation.
Tel Aviv District Court on Monday granted Club Hotels request to limit
the interim injunction issued against the company. Club Hotels Group
requested that the interim injunction be limited, thus enabling group
company directorates to convene in order to affirm the decision reached
on May 29, regarding the relief of company GM's Moshe Buvlil and Nisim
Yaniv of their positions.
