Hewlett Packard, the world's second largest computer company, signed an agreement this week for industrial cooperation and procurement with the Ministry of Industry and Trade's Industrial Cooperation Authority.

The long-term agreement commits HP to industrial cooperation and procurement of at least 35% of all government sector purchases. CMS, which represents HP in Israel, said today that the agreement was signed within the framework of the company's obligations to the Israeli market, and as part of its plans to expand involvement in Israel.
