Histadrut Sells 2 Large Tel Aviv, Jerusalem Properties to Finance Salaries

The Lavon compound was sold for NIS 11.3 million, and a tract in Kiryat Yovel sold for NIS 10.25 million.

The Histadrut, through Hevrat Haovdim, signed agreements yesterday for the sale of two large properties. The real estate was sold in order to finance employees’ salary payments. The properties are the Lavon Institute compound in Be’eri Street, Tel Aviv, and the Taylor compound in Kiryat Yovel in Jerusalem.

The first transaction was signed with Be’eri Towers, controlled by developer Ezra Khahshouri, for the sale of Lavon Institute on Be’eri Street, Tel Aviv, for NIS 11.3 million.

The second transaction is the sale of the Taylor compound in Kiryat Yovel, Jerusalem to Shikun Ovdim for NIS 10.25 million.
