Tel-Aviv

The purchaser of David Volcan’s house on Ahavat Zion Street, Tel-Aviv, is paying $2.1 million. The buyer is a businessman represented here by a local trust company. The deal was approved by the Jerusalem liquidator, without the name of the purchaser being revealed.

A four room apartment on Hashoftim Street, Tel-Aviv, sold for $395,000. A three room renovated apartment in Dankner Towers on Manger Street (near Arlosorov/Adam HaCohen) went for $375,000, (the price included furniture and electrical equipment).

A foreign resident purchased a two room apartment on Shor Street, for $210,000.

Netanya

Natanel Shaked sold the first ten apartments in a 53 apartment project they are constructing in east Netanya. The sales realised $1.6 million. Three room apartments were sold at $155,000 each.

Rentals Tel-Aviv

A jeweller has leased a renovated five room penthouse next to Kikar HaMedina for $2,200 per month.

A businessman has rented a 170 sq.m Afeka house, on 500 sq.m., for $1,808 per month, for a year, with an option for a further year.

Businessman who arrived in Israel for a year, has rented a 220 sq.m cottage on 300 sq.m in Shikun Dan for $1,700 per month, for a year.

An older 120 sq.m. house on 500 sq.m., in Tel-Baruch rented for $1,200 per month.

Bat-Yam

A four room apartment on Ben-Gurion Street was leased for $700 per month; a two room apartment on Jerusalem Street went for $500 per month (local Anglo-Saxon agency).

Haifa

A Four room furnished apartment on Beit-El Street was leased at $650 per month; a three room furnished apartment on Hashachar Street was leased for $460 per month (Anglo-Saxon, Haifa).
