Sagiv has sold more apartments for $2 million in Hasavoraim House in Ramat Aviv Gimel.
Isco and Baranowitz have sold, to date, 140 out of 240 apartments they are building in the Ramat Acamedia project, west Rishon LeZion. Revenue on the sold apartments comes to $31 million. Some apartments were sold from blueprints, before building started. Financial coverage is being provided by Bank Leumi. Due to the quick pace of sales, the developers found it unnecessary to participate in the "Homes Fair" that took place last week in Tel Aviv.
Prominent deals: 219 sq.m. penthouses, including balconies, were sold for $350,000; 223 sq.m. duplexes were sold for $285,000; 4 room apartments were sold for $230,000; 3 room apartments were sold for $170,000. Isco is owned by Yehuda and Abraham Sagiv.
In addition, Yasko reported the sale of 3 apartments in the luxury apartment building at 21 Hasavoraim Street, Ramat Aviv Gimel, for a total of $2 million. A large 4 room apartment, 200 sq.m. gross, was sold for $800,000; a 4 room garden apartment was sold for $600,000; a regular 4 room apartment was sold for $550,000. The company stated that it preferred to wait months for a buyer, rather than reduce the price. To date, 9 out of the 12 apartments in the building have been sold.
