John Bryce Completes Training Program for 2000 Bezeq Users

A contract was recently signed to continue the activities for another year.

John Bryce Training completed the first year of a training program at Bezeq that included instruction for 2000 computer users.

The project is considered the largest in Israel in training programs for computerized offices, in which John Bryce instructors gave 5000 course hours in the past year, covering Microsoft Office applications from beginning to advanced levels. The courses were conducted at Bezeq’s training centers and in John Bryce classrooms.

The project concluded an embedding procedure designed to verify correct and efficient use of computerized tools in real time, through personal training, observation and response to problems which arose.

Yaron Golani, John Bryce’s manager for the project, said the project also included the use of e-mail. "John Bryce and Bezeq both believe the project was carried out successfully with the cooperation of employees of both companies. The proof is in the fact that a contract was recently signed to continue the training program for another year."
