The thirteenth guide to defense exports has been published.
The Defense Sales Administration (Sibet) of the Ministry of Defense today published the latest edition of it defense export guide for 1997-1998. This is the thirteenth edition of the guide, published in English and Spanish, which helps foreign countries become acquainted with Israel’s defense industries.
This year, the guide reveals details for the first time on several products such as the Python 4 missile, produced by Rafael (Israel Armaments Development Authority) which has produced a version for export; and Israel Aircraft Industry’s Harpy remote piloted vehicle (RPV) which has already been sold to foreign countries. The guide also mentions those countries where Israel maintains military attaches or representatives of the Ministry of Defense, including: Singapore, Cameroon, Chile, Colombia, South Korea, Japan, Poland, Philippines, China, Russia, Venezuela and Thailand.
