Adv. Yahav will pay $23 per sq.m. in Ramat-Gan
Adv. Dinah Yahav has rented 120 sq.m. at Sachsenberg
House on Abba Hillel Street, Ramat Gan. The rent will be
$23 per sq.m., linked to the consumer price index, with
a further two-year option. Yahav's office were previously
located in Petah-Tikva.
Mozes lease out office space on Rothschild Blvd. at a
mere $22 per sq.m
Arnon and Yitzhak Mozes have leased out 220 sq.m. on
the first floor of Mozes House, at 74 Rothschild Blvd.,
Tel-Aviv to Solid Capital Markets. Rent is $22 per sq.m.
per month, linked to the Consumer Price Index under a
three year lease with an option to extend for another
three years. The area stood vacant for quite some time,
and the rent is relatively low compared to higher storey
transactions, which closed at $25-30 sq.m. per month.
Rent in the Moritz & Tuchler Building will be only $18
per sq.m. per month
Yesodot Lehandasa company has rented 95 sq.m. of
office space in the Moritz & Tuchler Building at 35 Ahad
Ha'am Street, Tel-Aviv. It will pay $18 per sq.m. per
month, linked to the Consumer Price Index. The lease is
for three years with an option to extend for another
three years. The deal was transacted through MAN
Properties. The building is located opposite the Tel-
Aviv Stock Exchange. When the TASE was flourishing, such
office space was greatly in demand, and the owners could
have obtained upward of $25 per sq.m.
TV Channels will pay Triwaks $17 per sq.m.
Cable TV Channels 6 and 8 have rented from PR man
Moshe Triwaks an area of 260 sq.m. in Shavit House, at 4
Raul Wallenberg Street, Ramat Hehayal, Tel-Aviv. As
customary in that area, rent will be $17 per sq.m. per
month, linked to the Consumer Price Index. The lease is
for two and a half years. The Cable TV company is owned
by Herzliya Studios, Iris Hod and Udi Maimon.
Eurotel will rent at $15 per sq.m. in North Tel-Aviv
Eurotel travel company has rented, from private
owners, an area of 100 sq.m. in a building in Zirelson
St., north Tel-Aviv. Rent will be $15 per sq.m. per
month, under an eight-year lease.
