Moritz & Tuchler Lease out Office Space at $35 per sq.m
Moritz & Tuchler have leased out to the portfolio
management company MTTR, owned by Ronen Rashel, 100
sq.m. of space on the ground floor of an office building
owned by it, at 31 Ahad Ha'am Street, Tel-Aviv. MTTR
will pay $35 per sq.m. per month, linked to the index,
under a yyyytwo-year lease. The price, which is very high
for an office space transaction, is due to the severe
shortage of offices in the area of the Tel-Aviv Stock
Exchange.
Amiel Sells Offices at $2,100 Per Sq.m
Developer Moshe Avigdor Amiel has to date sold and
leased out a total of 3,000 sq.m. in the Amiel Centre
project, on Kibbutz Galuyot Street, Tel-Aviv. The office
space sold at $2,100 per sq.m. Total sales to the present
amount to $4 million.
The building consists of 5,000 sq.m. commercial space
and 4,400 sq.m. office space. Additional commercial areas
have been rented out at $17-21 per sq.m. and additional
office space at $15-17 per sq.m.
Tabor-Gilboa sells Office Space in Ra'anana at $1.9 Mln
The Tabor-Gilboa Company has sold 1,110 sq.m. of
office space in the industrial zone of Ra'anana, at $1.9
million. The "Tzomet Hasharon" local newspaper, owned by
the Shocken chain, purchased 610 sq.m., at $1,700 per
sq.m. Tabor Gilboa has also sold 500 sq.m. to Iris and
Moshe Starck, CPAs, at $1,700 per sq.m. The ground floor
and the basement have been leased to the Aminach
furniture company, and the marketing of the building has
thereby been completed.
Personnel Firm to Pay $2,030 Per Sq.m. in Ashdod
A personnel firm last week purchased from the
companies Reved and Nechushtan (the Kushnir group) 120
sq.m. in a project being built by the two companies in
the City of Ashdod. The company will pay $2,030 per sq.m.
The transaction indicates stability in office prices in
the project, which is in advanced stages of
construction.
