Entrepreneurs Shimshon Pritzker and Marcel and Shmuel Brechfeld,
jointly constructing commercial buildings and offices in Haifa's
Chalonot Hacity, sold until now 9,000 square meters for some 18.5
million dollars. The 42,000 square meter, three building project, is
being built on the city's Pal-Yam street, opposite to Zim Israel
Navigation Company headquarters building.
Union Bank is the project's largest Buyer, purchasing 1,200 square
meters for 4 million dollars. The price, including value added tax,
stands at 3,800 dollars per square meter. Part of the purchased space is
on the ground floor, and will serve as a bank branch.
Zion Insurance Company purchased 860 square meters, including value
added tax, at a price of 2,220 dollars per square meter. Several
insurance agents also purchased space in the building. Many lawyers are
seeking to purchase offices in the project, as it will be adjacent to
Haifa's new courts and government offices planned to be erected close to
the place
