Solan Communications and Discount Group's IFS To Cooperate in Currency Exchange Field

The foreign currency kiosks will operate 24 hours a day, and will offer a range of 22 different currencies.

Discount Bank subsidiary Inflight Financial Service Israel (IFS), which is licensed by Bank of Israel to provide currency exchange services, has signed a cooperative agreement with Solan Communications to operate foreign currency services for Israelis and tourists.

IFS's foreign currency kiosks will operate within the framework of Solan's communication centers, which are located in all of Israel's major cities. Foreign currency exchange at the Solan branches will be executed free of service charges.

The foreign currency kiosks will operate 24 hours a day, and will offer a range of 22 different currencies including the Thai baht, Cypriot lira, Czech koruna and others. IFS operates the automatic foreign currency exchange machines positioned at Ben Gurion airport adjacent to the plane exit gates.
