The condition of the fifteen year-old Australian girls who were injured in the Maccabiah disaster continues to be grave. Both are in the intensive respiration unit at the Beilinson Hospital.
Sacha Elterman, whose condition was defined as critical, but has now stabilised, is being respirated, and is suffering from irregular blood pressure.
Cherie Silver is also being respirated, but her condition significantly improved today.
Both girls were pulled out of the Yarkon River. They sank into the water after the bridge collapsed, and are suffering from pulmonary edema.
