Inspectech develops software for checking defects in silicon wafers.
Inspectech announced today the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement with the British company Alliance Sales. The UK company engages in marketing and support for production equipment of high tech companies.
Inspectech develops and markets computerized systems, based on advanced software and artificial sight, used to examine defects in silicon wafers, caused by sawing individual chips. The systems are designed to extract maximum output from each silicon wafer, when separated into chips.
Alliance Sales will market Inspect systems to factories producing silicon wafers in England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland.
Inspectech did not divulge the financial volume of the transaction.
