Travel agents Diesenhaus, of the Clal group, has rented from a company owned by automobile importer Shlomo Aini 3,000 sq.m. in Victoria House on Petach Tikva Road, corner of Hata’asiya Street in Tel Aviv. It will pay $13 a sq.m. a month, index-linked, in a five-year contract with an option for another three.
In a previous deal in the building, Aini leased out 2,400 sq.m. to the PAMI insurance group, at $14 a sq.m. a month. The rent in the Diesenhaus deal is 7% lower than the PAMI deal, indicating a continued weak market in office rentals.
Diesenhaus will transfer its offices and other office in the Clal group dealing with tourism and travel. The offices are currently scattered in several places in Tel Aviv.
