Rishon LeZion: Eight apartments sell for $2.25 million
Kfir and Tavor Gilboa sold six penthouses and two duplexes in a project they are building in Rishon LeZion West, for $2.27 million. The penthouses sold for $260,000 and the duplexes for $360,000 each. The developers granted a 7% discount off the list price. The project is in final stages of construction. The developers built it on land they purchased in 1994 from Israel Land Administration.
Givat Shmuel: Gazit Buildings, Ofer sell at $4 million
In July, Gazit Buildings and the Ofer Brothers sold another twenty apartments in a 520 apartment and house project they are building in Givat Shmuel. They received $4 million. Among others, they sold three-room apartments for $180,000, four-room apartments for $200,000, and larger apartments. Some of the purchasers are lecturers at nearby Bar Ilan University.
Ramat Aviv Gimel: A three-room apartment on Ahimeir Street sold for $235,000 (Ninveh, Ramat Aviv).
North Tel Aviv: A four-room apartment on Be’eri Street sold for $407,000. A three-room apartment on Yehuda Hanassi sold for $240,000 (Ninveh). A three-room apartment on Miriam Hahashmona’it Street sold for $240,000. A three-and-a-half room apartment on Yehuda Gur Street, near Kikar Hamedina, sold for $260,000.
Rentals
Savyon: A 650 sq.m. five-room house, with four suites and a billiard room, on a plot the size of which was not reported, was rented for $4,200 a month (Anglo-Saxon, Savyon).
Ramat Aviv and Zahala: A five-room penthouse on Shoham Street, Zahala, was rented for $1,150 a month (Ninveh). A three-room apartment on Yehuda Hanassi was rented for $625 a month.
North Tel Aviv: A three-and-a-half room apartment at Kikar Hamedina was rented for $950 a month. A three-room apartment on Beeri Street was rented for $800 a month.
Jerusalem region
Kuznitzky sells apartment for $630,000
Minrav, controlled by Avraham Kuznitzky, has sold another apartment in a luxury project it is building near the Israel Museum in Jerusalem. The 180 sq.m. five-room apartment with a balcony and private roof sold for $630,000. It was marketed through local estate agent Ety.
Second hand
Bet Hakerem: A four-room apartment on Habanai Street, on the first floor, sold for $265,000 (Anglo-Saxon, Plus Real Estate, via Shiran, the Jerusalem Real Estate Brokers Bureau).
Malcha: A 120 sq.m. apartment with a private entrance, storage and parking space, sold for $260,000, two weeks after it was put on the market (Zohar, via Shiran).
Haifa region and north
Kiryat Ata: Shikun U-Pituach sells five apartments for $1 million
Shikun U’Pituach, of the Azorim group, last week sold five apartments in Kiryat Ata for $1 million. Four-room apartments sold for $180,000 and five-room apartments sold for $203,000. The company is currently at the final stage of construction and sale of forty apartments, and has already sold thirty-five.
Second hand
Pardes Hana: A young couple from Givatayim purchased a 130 sq.m. house on a 500 sq.m. plot of private land on Degania Street in Karkur, for $220,000 (Anglo-Saxon, Pardes Hana).
Rentals
Caesarea: A couple from Herzliya Pituach has rented a 350 sq.m. house on a 700 sq.m. plot on Hazamir Street, for $1,500 a month (Anglo-Saxon, Pardes Hana).
Pardes Hana: A 95 sq.m. garden apartment on a 150 sq.m. plot including garden, rented for $330 a month (Anglo-Saxon, local branch).
