ITTI has concluded a computerisation project in Zion Insurance. The project included the computerisation of the life insurance customer (policies) file database. ITTI specialises in miniaturisation, document management and information retrieval. The cost of the project is about NIS 1 million. The project will also be extended to include elementary insurance.
In framework of the project, which included the conversion of millions of documents, ITTI converted the company’s entire life insurance policy database into electronic format, by miniaturised photography and digital scanning for the purpose of constructing a computerised optic archive.
ITTI was founded in 1972, and has a number of subsidiaries engaging in innovative technological developments in the fields of the computerised scanning, identification and processing of forms. The company’s customer base includes Motorola, IBM, Israel Aircraft Industries, Israel Military Industries, government ministries, banks, credit companies, insurance companies and others.
