Yediot Aharonot Subsidiary Acquires Oded Mozes's Shares for $210 million

Arnon Mozes reached 51% of control, and Fishman - 40% of equity.

Yesterday, the deal in which Oded Mozes sold 27% of Yediot Aharonot's shares to Yediot's subsidiary for $210 million was signed. Mimi Mozes-Nofah, who holds 14.5% of the company, sold 4.5% of her shares to the same subsidiary for $35 million.

The deal, at $780-800 million company value, was done through Yediot Aharonot Printing. Following the deal, "Yediot Aharonot" editor Arnon Mozes will have a 51% stake of controlling shares, while Eliezer Fishman will become the biggest capital shareholder, with 40%.

Eliezer Fishman is one of the owners of "Globes".
