Manpower has rented 1,700 sq.m. in Blustein House at 110 Yigal Alon Street in Tel Aviv. Manpower will pay $13 per sq.m. per month, index-linked, under a five-year lease, with a five-year option at a rent increase of 5%. The deal was accomplished through MAN Properties office buildings and complexes department manager Kobi Azolay.
Manpower rented 1,100 sq.m., which had been rented by Davidoff Insurance Brokers, and 600 sq.m., which had been rented by Clal Aviation, both of whom also paid $13 per sq.m. per month.
Davidoff and Clal Aviation moved to offices rented from Shlomo Eini in Victoria House, located on Dereh Petah Tikva Road and Ta'asiya Street in Tel Aviv for $14 per sq.m. per month.
