Alan Feld of venture capital fund Vertex has joined Jerusalem-based venture capital fund Israel Seed Partners (ISP) as a partner, "Globes" has learnt.
Feld, a managing partner in Vertex, joined it in 1997, after leaving venture capital fund Evergreen. Canadian-born Feld is a lawyer by training. It has been learnt that Vertex is negotiating with several candidates, and that it will hire more than one person following Feld’s departure.
Feld will join ISP’s three partners: John Medved, Michael Eisenberg, and Neil Cohen. ISP is a venture capital fund specializing in early-stage investment in start-up companies, mainly in the Internet sector.
