The Moshe Hadif firm from Safed has completed the sale of all 80 housing units in the Ahuzat Broshit project in Yokneam.
The company also constructed a 660 sq.m. shopping center. Last week, an area of 280 sq.m. was sold to the Clalit Health Fund for $760,000. The company told "Globes" that it has reached an advanced state of negotiations with a number of marketing chains for renting the remaining area.
The apartments in the project were sold at prices ranging from $160,000 to $170,000.
