Roni Einav, one of the founders of New Dimension, has formed the CeDimension company, jointly with the management team that left European software products marketer Boole & Babage, and with managers from IBM Europe. The company was founded as a European company for the marketing of Internet and e-business software products, and operates branches in Europe. Einav is company chair.
The company will exclusively market the e-business portal of Israeli company Picom. The portal offers e-commerce infrastructure, enabling operators to proceed to immediate integration of commercial procedures. The portal enables buyers to obtain information on the traded products, including warnings in all media of customer debts, inventory position and other functions.
US software giant BMC acquired New Dimension about a year ago for $650 million. BMC got to know New Dimension's products through Boole & Babage, which it likewise acquired. Einav has now joined forces with the European management of Boole & Babage, which left to set up the new company.
