The Central District Committee is discussing the setting up of a communal neighborhood with 288 housing units on Kibbutz Givat Brenner. The Shoham architectural firm is planning the project.
The Committee decided not to deposit the plan before clarification of a number of details, including the location of the extension and the distance from Highway 411.
The Committee also decided to discuss the question of whether the nearby military camp causes too much noise. The plan includes the setting up of a residential area, an access road, a space for public construction, and an open public space. The committee will discuss the plan at its coming meetings.
