Poalim High-Tech, the new venture capital fund of Bank Hapoalim and Poalim Capital Markets, yesterday completed a financing round in which it raised NIS 80 million. The fund is intended for private customers.
According to Bank Hapoalim, preliminary figures indicate that more than 600 of its customers bought units in the fund, and that many customers bought a single participating unit, worth NIS 80,000.
A month ago, Bank Hapoalim announced its intention to raise NIS 40-100 million by issuing the venture capital fund.
