Israeli-Jordanian company Visuality Systems has signed a partnership agreement with US company Wind River, which markets computer network applications. The company estimates that sales in the first year of the agreement will reach $1.5-2 million.
The US company will market the product developed by Visuality Systems. The product is software enabling computer network owners to examine the switch position of the network, or of devices linked to the network.
Visuality Systems was set up in November 1998 by former Siemens Data Communication general manager Sam Widerman, in cooperation with a large Jordanian software house. The company operates in the field of network communications software for the small business market.
The company raised $1 million three months ago from Apex Mutavim and Banque Multi Commerciale at a company value of $10 million, after money. The company previously received $500,000 from the Trilateral Industrial Development Fund (TRIDE), which supports joint US-Israel-Jordan ventures.
