IP Planet of the Eurocom group has rented 918 sq.m. on the sixth floor of an office building on Rival Street in Tel Aviv. IP Planet will pay $17 per sq.m. per month, index-linked, under a three-year lease with a three-year option. The rent will rise by 5% if the option is exercised. The floor is one of two that the developers recently added to the building.
