Record Rental: Matim Li To Pay $105 Per SqM at Azrieli Center
The fashion clothing store chain Matim Li, owned by Avi Malka, has signed a three-year, index-linked lease for a 70 sq.m. store in the Azrieli mall in Tel Aviv, paying a record price of $105 per sq.m. per month, including two three-year extension options. Rent will go up 10% on each of the options, if exersized. There is no percentage of turnover clause.
