Haifa-based Ramot will soon open branches in London and in Tel Aviv's up-market Kikar Hamedina square, at an investment of $2.35 million.
French fashion designer Yves Piaget ordered a $1.2 million wristwatch from Haifa-based jewelry maker Ramot a few months ago. Ramot created a set of jewelry for a princess from one of the Persian Gulf emirates.
Ramot's general manager and owner Boaz Ramot says that the wristwatch was created for Piaget himself. Piaget designed the watch's setting, and Ramot fitted in the diamonds.
Ramot owns a plant and a brand store in Haifa. It will soon open two more stores: one in Tel Aviv and another in the center of London.
