p>Russian airline Aeroflot has rented 150 sq.m. on the fifteenth floor of Migdalor House in Tel Aviv from foreign residents. The rent is index-linked, under a four-year lease, with a five-year option. Aeroflot will pay $17 per sq.m per month for the first two years, after which the rent will increase by $1 per sq.m. per month every two years, up to $20 in the seventh year. The deal was brokered by Inter-Israel.
