Rittal of Germany, which manufactures and markets high tech accessories, is entering Israel. The company has rented a 900-sq.m. logistics warehouse and 600 sq.m. of office space in Caesarea from Caesarea Edmond Benjamin De Rothschild Development. Rittal will pay $8,000 per month under a three-year, dollar-linked lease. The rent will rise $500 per month in both the second and third year. Rittal also received two three-year options at the same rent. The deal was brokered by Inter-Israel.
