ECI Telecom Ltd. (NASDAQ:ECIL) and MIND CTI Ltd. (NASDAQ: MNDO), announced today the signing of a comprehensive business agreement to provide an integrated IP Telephony solution. The integration of the two companies' technology platforms enables ECI Telecom's IP Telephony offerings to provide an attractive range of billing and customer care applications from MIND. This new agreement reflects the two companies' continuing strategy to aggressively offer sophisticated Carrier-Class IP Telephony infrastructure solutions.
The MIND-iPhonEX and ECI Telecom's ITX IP Telephony products are targeted for use by global carriers and Internet Telephony Service Providers (ITSPs). The interoperable product solution will afford service providers with integrated products from two vendors who are worldwide leaders in their respective fields.
ECI Telecom's carrier-class ITX product family is ideal for large commercial deployments. The system allows service providers to offer a new suite of voice, data, fax, and value-added services, while minimizing investment in existing infrastructure.
