The Aaronson Abulafia Amodai law firm have bought from Avraham Rubinstein and Aspen the 21st floor in Beit Rubinstein, at the corner of Petach Tivka Road and Lincoln Street, Tel Aviv. They paid $2.8 million for 1,035 sq.m., at $2,700 per sq.m. in shell condition, and invested an additional $415,000 in finishing, at $400 per sq.m. The deal was completed some time ago, but its details are only now been disclosed, when the firm is entering the building.
High-tech company UcallNet has leased from Efbar, controlled by Atty. David Efrati and Acct. Yigal Brightman, the building’s 14th floor. UcallNet will pay $21.5 per sq.m. per month, index-linked for 1,035 sq.m. in a three-year lease with a three-year option. The deal was mediated by the Anglo-Saxon Real Estate business division.
