BoConcept is expanding its operations in Israel.
The Danish furniture chain BoConcept is expanding its operations in Israel. The company has rented a 500 sq.m. branch in Hutzot Hamifratz, Haifa, paying $12 per sq.m. per month, index-linked in a three-year lease with a three-year option. The deal was brokered through Ran Raviv of Reshef Properties’ commercial division in Haifa. This is BoConcept’s second branch in Israel; the other is in Rishon LeZion. The company is negotiating to rent a third branch in Jerusalem.
