Together with payment to Bezeq, the overall price of the service will be NIS 391 per month.
Internet provider NetVision will charge $59 per month for high-speed Internet using ADSL technology, without a guaranteed bandwidth. The company claims that bandwidth to the customer cannot be guaranteed, since Bezeq, which is providing the line, is not guaranteeing a minimum bandwidth.
Internet Gold, NetVision’s chief competitor, has already announced two high-speed Internet fee scales for ADSL: $40 per month for a guaranteed bandwidth of 256 Kbps and $60 per month for a guaranteed bandwidth of 512 Kbps. Internet Gold’s response to NetVision’s expected fee could not be obtained.
It should be noted that Bezeq charges NIS 149 per month in user fees for an ADSL line. The overall cost of NetVision’s high-speed Internet service is therefore NIS 391 per month, without a guarantee of a minimal connection speed.
