The company was set up by XACCT founders. Israel Seed Partners and Ampal are among the investors.
Herzliya-based Xpert today announced completion of a $15 million financing round. The company value for the round was not disclosed, but it is estimated at $80 million, after money. The company says the round was part of a move to penetrate the European market, which will include acquiring companies in a number of countries.
Investing in this round were venture capital funds CDB WebTech and Israel Seed Partners (investment arm of listed company Carlo de Benditi, which focuses on next-generation communications technologies, services and applications), and investment company Ampal.
Ampal invested in Xpert in the company’s initial round and is a major shareholder. Xpert was founded in 1993 by Eran Wagner and Limor Schweitzer, who later founded XACCT. The company has a staff of 140.
