“Eyes” will pay an office rental rate, although the space is intended as a clinic.
“Eyes” medical center, owned by Dr. Shmuel Levinger, rented 300 sq.m. on the 30th floor of the triangular building in the Azrieli Towers in Tel Aviv. Levinger will pay $23 a sq.m. a month, index-linked, in a five-year lease with a five-year option. The eye center will be used for laser operations to correct vision.

Dr. Levinger previously rented space for his main clinic in the City Gate office block in Jerusalem, where he also paid the going rate for offices.
