The round was led by Mofet and Botticelli Investments.
Israeli start-up Dynamics Direct has completed a second financing round of $12.5 million at a company value of $40.5 million, after money. Israeli funds Mofet and Botticelli Investments led the round, each investing $2 million, along with the investment company of the United Mizrahi Bank.
Other participants in the current round were venture capital funds Polaris, Concord, Eucalyptus and Poalim Capital Markets Technologies, all of which invested in the company in previous rounds.
Dynamics Direct focuses on individualized rich media marketing e-mail messages.
Botticelli is a $75 million US-Israel venture capital fund specializing in technology companies in Internet advertising, media and marketing. The fund was set up six months ago by the US Omnicom group and advertising agency Gitam/BBDO.
