Alrov has so far sold 130 out of the 240 apartments in the first two luxury apartment towers it is building near the Tzameret neighborhood in North Tel Aviv. Proceeds total $112 million, i.e. an average $860,000 per apartment. This is the largest luxury apartment project currently under construction in Tel Aviv. Some of the apartments sold for $2-2.5 million each. Uri Dori is the chief contractor.
